Safe Ports Announces Three Distinguished Leaders Joining Advisory Board

Aiken, S.C. – 3.5.2025 – Safe Ports is proud to welcome three highly accomplished professionals to its Advisory Board: U.S. Army Retired Major General Ed Dorman, Bruce Hollywood, Associate Chief Operations Officer of the United States Space Force at the Pentagon, and Ginger Cruz, Founder and CEO of Mantid International.

About the New Advisory Board Members

Major General Ed Dorman, U.S. Army (Ret.) is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at S10 Consulting, where he ensures exceptional service delivery to U.S. Defense and Government clients. A strategic leader with a distinguished military career, Dorman retired as Director of Logistics & Engineering (J-4) at U.S. Central Command, overseeing strategic logistics for over 300,000 personnel across Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, and 17 other nations. He continues to support defense initiatives, guiding senior military leaders on large-scale combat operations and modernization efforts.

Bruce Hollywood, U.S. Space Force (Ret.) served as the Associate Chief Operations Officer of the United States Space Force at the Pentagon. As a senior executive, he plays a key role in overseeing operations, intelligence, sustainment, cyber, and nuclear operations for the Space Force. With prior experience as the Assistant Deputy Director for Joint Strategy and Planning on the Joint Staff J5, he has shaped national military strategies and global security initiatives. Hollywood also participated in the prestigious White House Leadership Development Program, focusing on critical federal challenges such as veteran mental health and suicide prevention.

Ginger Cruz has been instrumental in shaping Guam’s geopolitical significance for nearly two decades. She is the founder and CEO of Mantid International and a member of the ISOA Advisory Council and the Council on Foreign Relations. Cruz is best known for her efforts in establishing the Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction, where she served as Deputy IG. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor of U.S. Foreign Policy and is a lifetime member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Cruz holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and SAIS.
