Lucy Duncan is an entrepreneur, diplomat, and geopolitical consultant. She is the founder, President, and CEO of Safe Ports, an innovative leader in sustainable solutions, logistics, inland port development, port security, disaster relief training and preparedness, and geospatial/environmental solutions serving federal and commercial organizations.
As founder of Diplomatic Resolutions, (DRI), Lucy represented Silicon Valley firms, including Cisco Systems, Sun Microsystems, Oracle, Iridium, and Microsoft, regarding international business development and advocacy advisory matters. DRI advised the winning technology companies on the modernization of the central banks of China and Russia, and successfully initiated telecommunications privatizations in the Middle East and South America.
Global relationships at DRI led to the establishment of Safe Ports as the first U.S. Defense Logistics Depot inside an active War Zone in Kandahar, Afghanistan. Safe Ports was awarded the prestigious Best Small Business and Best Woman Owned Business awards in recognition of perfect performance metrics, in support of America’s warfighters in Afghanistan.
As a committed philanthropist, Ms. Duncan has served as President of the Museum of the Americas, and on the boards of Spoleto USA, the Council of World Regions, the SC Medical University’s Hollings Cancer Institute, the College of Charleston School of Language, Culture & World Affairs, and The Citadel’s School of Humanities and Social Services Advisory Board. She joined the Board of the National Museum for First Responders and was nominated to the Capital Campaign for the National Coast Guard Museum in New London, CT.
Lucy is a lifelong equestrian who started taking riding lessons at the age of five and has risen through the competitive ranks. She enjoys spending time with her Spanish Andalusian, Reina.
General Jack Keane is a foreign policy and national security expert who appears on several hundred television and radio interviews annually. He serves as an advisor and member of numerous boards and foundations to include the Chairman of the Institute for the Study of War and the Knollwood Foundation. General Keane is a member of the prestigious Secretary of Defense Policy Board, a four-star general, and appointed as acting Chief of Staff and Vice Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army. He directed 1.5 million soldiers and civilians in 120 countries, with an annual operating budget of 110 billion dollars during the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. A combat Vietnam War veteran decorated for valor, Keane is a graduate of the Army War College and the Army Command and General Staff College. General Keane was presented with the Presidential Medal of Freedom at the White House.
Fu'ad J. Kawar is an International Businessman focusing on defense, security, aerospace, and electronics with more than 30 years successful experience in the MENA and the Caucuses. Mr. Kawar’s particular expertise is in the Arab and Muslim World. Fluent in both Arabic and English, he enjoys generations-long family ties to the business community throughout the Middle East.
Mr. Kawar provides strategic consulting services through extensive network worldwide, offering clients the following services: Wide range of market entry and project evaluation; Identifying overseas business opportunities; Providing access to key individuals; Providing market research and risk analysis; Advise on contract negotiations; Developing representation/distribution agreements.
D. Sykes Wilford is the current holder of the Frank W. Hipp Chair in Business at The Citadel. He is a consultant to financial institutions globally, including hedge funds, commercial banks, central banks and multilateral entities. He is a member of the Advisory Board of Washington Wealth Management, former Chairman of the Advisory Board of Beauchamp Financial Technology, and has been a member of the board of other institutions and funds, a partner of Hamilton Investment Partners, and remains a partner of three boutique advisory firms. He was the Chief Investment Officer and member of the Board of Directors of CDC Investment Management from until 2002. Previously, Sykes was the Chief Investment Officer of Bankers Trust's Private Bank and a Managing Director of Bankers Trust's Global Investment Management. He has held various positions with Chase Manhattan where his groups created the first ever delivered oil and portfolio swaps, Drexel Burnham and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York acting as a fixed income strategist, international economist, and director of several trading functions.
Bruce Hollywood is the Associate Chief Operations Officer of the United States Space Force at the Pentagon. A member of the Senior Executive Service, he supports the COO in overseeing Space Forces' Operations, Intelligence, Sustainment, Cyber, and Nuclear Operations. He played a pivotal role in the service’s establishment as an independent military branch in 2019.
Before joining the Space Force, Hollywood served as the Assistant Deputy Director for Joint Strategy and Planning on the Joint Staff J5, where he led efforts to develop the National Military Strategy, the Joint Strategic Campaign Plan, and Global Campaign Plans. He worked closely with interagency partners to enhance whole-of-government responses to national security challenges.

This prestigious fellowship, sponsored by the Executive Office of the President, cultivates enterprise leaders to address the federal government’s most pressing challenges.
Hollywood retired as a Colonel after 21 years in the United States Air Force, where he held a variety of operational, staff, and leadership roles.
Ginger Cruz is known for her creative innovations in business and and government environments in the regions where she has served. With years of accomplishments that span government, media, business and academia Cruz is an expert in the Pacific and Middle East.
Best known for her groundbreaking work creating the Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction where she was Deputy IG, Cruz received multiple recognitions from the IG community, Executive and Congress for her fight against fraud, waste and abuse. Cruz was an NBC news director, a Deputy Assistant Secretary at HUD, a consultant to the UN, DOD, DOE and DOT, and was the communications / policy director for the Governor of Guam.
Cruz is the founder and CEO of an award-winning global consulting firm and an Adjunct Professor of U.S. Foreign Policy. She is a lifetime member of the Council on Foreign Relations with degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and SAIS.
A former federal prosecutor, Ty Cobb is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and is regularly profiled in Best Lawyers in America, International Who's Who of Business Crime Lawyers, and Superlawyers.
He was selected to the Ethisphere Hall of Fame in 2011 for his work advancing the cause of ethics in business and corporate compliance. Most recently, Cobb served as the Special Counsel to the President, managing the White House response to the Office of Special Counsel.
Previously, Cobb was a long-time partner at international law firm Hogan Lovells, where he was widely recognized as one of the world’s top white collar, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) enforcement, and Congressional investigations lawyers.
